Deposit - Rescheduling/Cancellation

To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable $30 deposit is required via Zelle or Apple Pay at 682-299-5665. This deposit will be applied to your total charge. Please note, if the booking fee is not received within 60 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

Your appointment is my top priority, and the time reserved is just for you. To ensure you keep your deposit for rescheduling, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the deposit will be non-refundable.

No-show

A no-show without prior notice prevents other clients from filling that time slot and disrupts our schedule. To maintain fairness and the quality of service we offer, a no-show fee will apply.

Late Appointment

  • Late Arrivals (5-20 minutes):
    If you're running 5-20 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that the full service may not be completed, and you will still be charged for the scheduled appointment.

  • Late Arrivals (30 minutes or more):
    If you arrive 30 minutes late or more, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show. A cancellation fee will apply, and you’ll need to reschedule.

Conduct Expectations

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both our clients and staff. Verbal abuse, harassment, or any form of unprofessional conduct will not be accepted.

In the event of disrespectful behavior, we reserve the right to terminate the appointment immediately and may decline future bookings. We take this seriously to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
